Strawberry Cobbler

Strawberry Cobbler is a 14-minute dramatic short film, shot in Skagit Valley, Washington on the Arri Alexa Mini with Zeiss Super Speed MkII lenses. Currently in post production.

Strawberry Cobbler follows Thomas, a young farmhand, during his last day living in Washington State’s rural Skagit Valley. Under the weight of his family’s expectations, Thomas has agreed to move into New York City with his girlfriend, a place he’s never been, and hardly understands. As the clock counts down on their departure, his anxiety surrounding the commitment reaches a boiling point, fueling a string of impulsive, and disruptive decisions.
